Among its core offerings are power discrete components, such as various types of MOSFETs (e.g., metal-oxide-semiconductor field-effect transistors, SRFETs, XSFET, and high-voltage variants, including ESD-protected models) and insulated gate bipolar transistors (IGBTs).
