The company’s lead product is TSC-101, for the treatment of patients with acute myeloid leukemia (AML), myelodysplastic syndrome (MDS), and acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) in patients undergoing allogeneic hematopoietic cell transplantation (HCT), which is in Phase I clinical trial, as well as eliminates residual disease and promotes donor chimerism. It has a research collaboration and license agreement with Amgen Inc. to identify antigens recognized by T cells in patients with Crohn’s disease.
